Oak Terrace: Originally built as a home for widows in the early 1900's, Community Homes completed a complete renovation of the structure repurposing this historic asset of the neighborhood for continued service as apartments for seniors and disabled persons. The rear, lower level includes a community room, common kitchen and laundry as well as the corporate offices for the organization.

In addition, Community Homes works in partnership with Albright Care Services to provide home and community based services through the Albright LIFE Center at 113 South Ninth Street, Lebanon, PA.
